A healthy food plan

A healthy eating plan (Healthy Diet) means eating a variety of foods that include nutrients you need to keep you healthy and strong. These vitamins contain protein, carbohydrates, fats, water, vitamins, and minerals. Nutrients are molecules in food that need to be made to grow, and reproduce. Chemicals are important for everyone. To be healthy, we need more than 40 rare vitamins and not just one important diet. It’s not only one meal.  it’s probably a healthy diet with a moderate appetite for the time that makes a difference.

Don’t Smoke

Smoking is physically addictive and is a mental disorder. Smoking and other addictive tobacco use can also be life-threatening. Smoking causes cancer, lung disease, and heart disease and can shorten your life by a decade or more.

Your smoke is also harmful to other people; they breathe in your smoke and can experience many of the same problems as smokers. To quit smoking successfully you will have to deal with addiction. But it can be done with the right support and a plan to stop.

  1. Be a good example of not smoking. Parents who are involved in smoking are more likely to have children who smoke.
  2. Establish a smokeless policy in your home. Do not allow anyone to smoke or vacuum the interior at any time.

Be Active

Physical activity is important for people of all weight classes and health conditions. It helps us to improve our whole life. It helps us burn more calories, which is good for the heart and circulatory system. We could all do it,

Adults need to drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day or more if they are very hot or physically active. Check your water source and filling station to make sure the water you are drinking is safe.   3. Cook well
  4. Keep food hot and safe
  5. Use safe water and utensils.
